The 21st Annual Southwest Education and Technology Conference/Tech Expo will be held on March 2-3, 2010, on the campus of Missouri State University.
Tuesday, March 2, offers 3-hour preconference sessions for in-depth study of technology applications in education. Sessions are available in the morning and afternoon. Early bird registration fee to attend Tuesday preconference sessions is $160 ($80/session). After January 31, 2010, fee increases to $210 ($105/session).
Wednesday, General Conference Day, begins with the keynote address at 8:00 a.m. followed by breakout sessions throughout the day. Conference activities culminate in the Exhibitor room at 3:00 p.m. with the prize drawing event. Early bird registration fee for Wednesday is $90. After January 31, 2010, the registration fee increases to $115.
The University Plaza Hotel has a block of rooms set aside for conference attendees. The rate is $96/night. You must make your reservations prior to January 31, 2010, in order to get the conference room rate and mention you are there for the RCET Technology Conference. The hotel does offer a complimentary continental breakfast. To make reservations, call the University Plaza Hotel at 417.864.7333.
